You have provided your name and email address in indicating your wish to be a member of the Friends and for that purpose to receive messages from the fowws@googlegroups.com address and if a trustee to use the fowwstrustees2021@googlegroups.com  address

This enables the trustees to communicate with you and the trustees to communicate with one another

You may also have provided your telephone number and street address. 

We use this information to send you information affecting the Friends such as notices of meetings, events, newsletters and other news and for the trustees to manage the charity

We collect this information because it is in the legitimate interests of the trustees and members of the Friends for the members to be informed of such meetings etc. and for the trustees to communicate with one another

Your information is securely stored by the trustee maintaining the list of subscribers to fowws@googlegroups.com who can be contacted at fowwsinfo@gmail.com   

We keep your personal information only for so long as you remain a member of the Friends and/or unsubscribe from fowws@googlegroups.com
